Volunteers are the lifeblood of the club!  At chapter and national level, volunteers are vital to the success of every event.  At O’Fest, there is no better way to get involved and meet fellow members than to volunteer at one of many exciting events throughout the week.

Are you a people-person and love to meet people from all over the country?

As a Registration Volunteer, you will welcome all attendees while guiding them through the waiver process and of course, picking up their name badges and gifts for the week.

Do you consider yourself an expert in the Palm Springs area or quick with a Google map? You may want to be an Information Table Volunteer where you will field local questions and direction requests.

O’Fest Ambassador Volunteer is new this year!  To volunteer for one of these positions, you will need to be able to attend 2 meetings on Tuesday, September 27 prior to the start of registration.  Throughout the week, you will be recognized by your specially colored lanyard as an O’Fest expert!  You will need to be ready to greet attendees sitting alone with a warm, welcoming hello, offer advice to first-time attendees, give directions, answer questions and make sure that everyone feels as comfortable and welcome as possible.

Do you prefer the creative side of volunteering?

Décor Volunteers are needed to help set-up prior to banquets.  From hanging lanterns to assembling centerpieces, you will be on a team that sets the atmosphere for the entire evening.

Merchandise Volunteer may do everything from assembling vendor packets to folding shirts to shining the trophies!

Finally, are you more of a “get your hands dirty” manual labor kind of volunteer?

If so, we have spots waiting for you as a Parking Volunteer at Cars and Coffee, a TSD Rally Volunteer, a Concours Volunteer or a Set-Up Volunteer helping with signage, flags and banners.

No matter your passion or your abilities, we have a place for everyone that has a desire to help make this a truly special week.
