At this event, you will experience a unique and fun way to interact with your own palate through an interactive wine blending session. Guided by one of Wine Militia’s energized charismatic wine hosts/sommeliers, this experience focuses on palate discovery and playful experimentation.
Taste through the wines and learn about how the personality of each grape plays a different role in building a solid wine blend. They bring the lab and tools to us so we may try our hand at becoming winemaker for the day.
Individuals or teams will be able to create a blend together and put their wine up against other individuals/teams’ blends in front of a panel of judges.
Judges will vote on their favorite wine and a winning team will be announced.
Each participant will receive an opportunity to take their own personal blend home after they have corked, waxed, and labeled their bottle. They will also be given an additional bottle of the winning team’s blend.
Snacks, prizes and of course, wine will be provided!
